6. Project Deliverables and Revisions

We will deliver projects according to the specifications outlined in the project agreement. Reasonable revisions are included as specified in each project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Providing necessary content, materials, and access in a timely manner
• Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables
• Making timely payments as agreed
• Obtaining necessary licenses and permissions for third-party content

8. Warranty and Support

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Post-launch support terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We are not responsible for:

• Issues arising from third-party services or platforms
• Changes made by the client or third parties after delivery
• Issues caused by hosting, server, or infrastructure problems
• Compatibility issues with unsupported browsers or devices

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sanjeev K be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed
• Deposits may be non-refundable as specified in the project agreement
